Special circumstances

In some cases, customers may incur a charge that is impossible to predict ahead of time. Examples include:

• No-shows
• Unscheduled stops (for point-to-point travel)
• Client’s late arrival (beyond the 10-minute grace period)
• Damage to the vehicle, caused by client
