Do you offer refreshments?

Yes. We supply complimentary nonalcoholic beverages and ice. You may bring your own alcoholic beverages, as long as everyone in the vehicle is over 21 years old.

What amenities do you offer in the limousines?

All of our limousines are fully loaded for an exceptional ride. We offer:

Is ABC Luxury Ride a licensed limousine company?

Yes. We are a fully licensed company and abide by all Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles regulations.

How do I make a reservation?

I have just completed the online booking form. What happens next?

You will receive an automatic booking confirmation via email. If you do not receive this auto-confirmation, please check your junk email folder. If it is not there, please call our office at (800) 731-1925.

After you receive confirmation of the booking by email, you can relax. We’ll see you at the pickup point!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and debit cards. Please contact us if you wish to pay with cash.

Your information security is important to us. All credit card transactions are processed securely, and we destroy our clients’ credit card information after the journey is complete.

Do you provide 24/7 service?

Yes. ABC Luxury Ride offers service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Day or night, if you need a great limousine, luxury sedan, or limo bus, we’re here to take care of you.

Is there an extra charge for more passengers?

No. We charge by the car, not by the person. When you book your ride, tell us how many people will be in your party. We will arrange a vehicle that will accommodate your group.

What if I have more than 40 passengers who need transportation?

We have a selection of limo buses and party buses that can accommodate larger groups. We can also book more than one vehicle, so there is plenty of space for everyone.

Does your airport rate include meeting passengers inside the airport and helping with luggage?

Yes. Our rate includes a “meet and greet” inside the airport, time spent waiting for luggage, and any airport fees or parking costs. If you require an unusually long amount of waiting time (if your luggage gets lost, for example), please call our office at (800) 731-1925. Extra time charges may apply.

What happens if I don’t see my driver at the airport?

If you have any trouble finding your driver at the airport, please call our office at (800) 731-1925. We will help our driver find you. If you choose to leave the airport without calling our office, you will be responsible for payment.

How do I meet my airport limo driver?

Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall as soon as you exit customs for international flights. For domestic flights, your driver will meet you at the baggage claim area. He or she will be holding a board with the ABC Luxury Ride logo. Your name and flight details will be hand-written on this board. If you have any questions or are unsure, please call our office at (800) 731-1925.

What if the flight is delayed or early?

Don’t worry if your flight is delayed or early. We will check the flight status on the day, and the driver will arrive at the airport as the flight lands. If you have made other arrangements with us, the driver will arrive according to those arrangements.

What happens if I need to change or cancel my reservation?

To make changes to your reservation, or to cancel, log in to your online account, where you will see your existing reservation. From here you may change or cancel your reservation. To cancel, you will click the cancel button. Please keep in mind that your cancellation will be subject to the cancellation penalty disclosed at the time of booking, if applicable. How will ABC Luxury Ride use my email address?

We use your email address to communicate details about your rides, including quotes, reservation confirmation, know-before-you-go tips, driver details, or other important updates. From time to time, we also use your email address to send you special promotional offers, discounts, and other information. You can opt out of these promotional emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” on any newsletter.

Depending on your ride details, you may also receive emails from limo operators within our nationwide affiliate network who may compete for your business via an email relay through ABC Luxury Ride.

We keep your email address confidential and will never sell or rent it to a third party.
